A Business consultant having knowledge of  Banking and /or Banking Analytics experience, will provide his functional inputs and work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts, and other project team members to successfully deploy the OFSAA  products. 

Will Function as business consultant involving Knowledge of Banking with Expertise in one or more of the following areas- Asset Liability Management, FTP and Profitabilty

MBAs (Finance), CAs, CFAs, with at least 5 years of overall experience from MNC banks, private sector banks, rating agencies, consulting firms, or high end risk analytics KPO firms. FRM's / NCFM Certification is desirable. 

Knowledge of Finance with Expertise in one or more of the following areas-

ALM, FTP, Profitability 

Banking processes, credit derivatives and credit portfolio management, securitization and loan approval for retail and SME, with experience in credit scoring and IT solutions 

Good knowledge of local regulatory guidelines

ALM / Treasury Operations

Preferably taken part in ALM (Asset Liability Management) process in any form or manner in corporate / banks
 

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
