Oracle Communication Solution (OCC) SBC Solutions Architect is a person who collaborates with the CGBU Delivery Team and Customer to ensure that Oracle CGBU Technical Solution addresses customer needs. This person will be in charge of preparing and supporting the solution designed as OCC Architect, which is presented to Oracle's clients in Latin America related to SBC and VOIP Solutions.

 Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform all aspects of network engineering including network design, and integration of VOIP and SBC solutions.
• Solution design implementation of SBC and VOIP and related Solutions for Latin-American Customers.
• Support and review proposals and provide critical feedback needed to strengthen our solutions and proposals.
• Estimate the Implementation Level of Effort.
• Prepare the Scope of Work Document for the Project.
• Prepare de Cost Budget for the Project.
• Present to the Customers the Consulting Services Portfolio.
• Support the Delivery and Sales Team in Technical Meetings with the Customers.
• Prepare and Manage Technical presentations to the Customer to discuss solution architecture, call flows, definitions, and hands-on service demonstration.

 Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• Strong Fluency in oral/written Spanish and English.
• 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Candidate solid experience in Telecom Market.
• Knowledge of SBC features, functions, solutions, and architectures.
• Knowledge about Voice over IP enterprise and services providers solutions
• Knowledge about IP telephony protocols (SIP, ENUM, RTP, SS7, SIGTRAN, HTTP/2, etc.).
• Knowledge about IP networking (LAN/WAN, routing, protocol)
• Understand standardization bodies (IETF, 3GPP, TISPAN, GSMA, etc.).
• Understanding of IMS/VoLTE architectures.
• Knowledge about virtualization and Cloud deployment technologies.
• Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills, and operational management experience. 
• Proven experience with business-to-business sales and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to fuel the process and close deals
• A capacity for efficient cooperation and collaboration, including excellent communication and relationship-building skills
