Key Roles and Responsibilities include\: 

• Leading delivery of the solution in SOA and ETL based middleware solution in large, medium and smaller projects on Oracle Cloud Platform.

• Establishing and maintaining deal focused trusted relationships with clients and partners to scope, solution, propose, close, and deliver Digital related projects 

• Contribute to the Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management 

• Hands-on development with Java related technology, provide deliverables utilizing formal structured methodology 

• Assisting in the growth and development of the Middleware and Tech domain for Consulting and  providing hands-on leadership and direction, contributing to the growth of intellectual capital in the industry and supporting the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities 

• Regional travel may be required

The candidate will have these qualities\:

• Ability to initiate and support demand creation activities within existing accounts. 

• Provide overall leadership in the quality and execution of consulting engagements 

• Ability to manage delivery engagements 

• Proven communicator, ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and build alignment around goals and objectives.

• understanding of Microservices and SOA design principal.

• Skilled in designing and developing integrated solution based on common SOA/EAI design pattern and best practice.

• Well-versed in SDLC processes both Agile and waterfall. Having experience using defect-tracking tools like JIRA.

• Deep understanding of Enterprise Java and Application Server

• Experience in Platform Cloud like Mulesoft, SalesForce, IBM Cloud etc.

• Experience with Middleware like, OFM\: SOA, Weblogic, webMethods, etc.

• Experience with ETL tools like\: Talend, ODI, Informatica, Pentaho 

• Knowledge of SaaS based application like Fusion ERP, Netsuite, Salesforce would be necessary

• Knowledge of Linux Scripting, DevOps tools like Jenkins

• Experience in Infrastructure Cloud like AWS, MS Azure
