Mandatory Skills\: ·       Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion Modules ·       Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant. ·       Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. ·       Should have done to end to end implementation for any of the below Fusion modules  Payroll with Fast Formulla Absence Management with Fast Formulla OTL with Fast Formulla Compensation & Benefits Talent Management Taleo Functional  Good to have prior experience on Either e-Business or People Soft modules. ·       Should be able to write Fast formulas ·       Should have good communication and presentation skills

BE or Post Graduation in HR domain.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
