Experience

12 to 15 years

Requirement

More than 5 years of experience in Cross Border Funds Transfer for the APAC Region - VN, TH, PH, CN, IN

Hands on experience Domestic & Cross Border Payments
SWIFT x-border and SWIFT RTGS
SWIFT GPI, ISO20022 and other payment market trends

Responsibilities

•  To collaborate, closely with users to collate, analysis, and standardize requirements, to perform gap-fit analysis against existing payments functionality and recommend necessary enhancements/improvements 
•  Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

•  Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
•  Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
•  Performing requirements analysis.

•  Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary

•  Overseeing the implementation of technical business projects and solutions.

•  Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers
•  Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
•  Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
•  Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
•  Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users & development teams
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
