This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working within a complex technical setting with rapid changes in requirements, direction, and environment. You should be a full-stack cloud marketer, with enough technical expertise to engage both technical and business personas alike.

Responsibilities

• Develop joint solution marketing story and assets together with each partner
• Lead and manage a cross functional team to develop plans and strategies to deliver partner joint GTM programs, campaigns, and metrics for continuous improvement
• Build the strategy and lead a team to evaluate, measure, and report on effectiveness of GTM efforts
• Evangelize the joint partner solution and educate OCI’s Field and channel teams Skills
• Strategic relationship builder with the ability to matrix manage across broad geographies and lead through influence 
• Experience engaging and developing business with Global and Regional System Integrators and Managed Service Providers
• Experience in building, managing, and developing an impactful, cross functional team
• Authority in theoretical and practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, platform technologies and customer needs (particularly for software developers, DevOps, and operators)
• Consistent track record to adapt quickly in an ambiguous environment without close supervision
• Proven ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience creating content including, but not limited to the following formats: presentations, blogs, white boards, videos, technical guides, architecture diagrams
• Strong presentation skills of technical content

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years experience across product/solutions marketing, partner business development, and/or technical sales/go-to-market •
• 10+ years of experience in the enterprise applications, databases, IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, virtualization
