About The Job
As a Cloud Product Manager, you own the products, priorities and roadmaps. You will solve interesting technical challenges by driving engineering teams in the design, development, and operations of key Oracle Cloud services, platforms, and infrastructure, always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance.

What You Need to Have

• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with building and leading deeply talented product teams with an emphasis on scaling them to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.
• Experience with Scrum, XP, Lean and other agile practices and methodologies
• Understanding of UX/UI and API  design patterns commonly used in creating internet and cloud services
• Notable ability to dive deep with content, messaging and technology
• Successful collaboration skills and tools that focus on earning trust with distributed teams 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Most importantly, the aptitude to be a good team player and the willingness to learn and implement new Cloud technologies, tools and services as needed

!|!Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
