This is for an engineer to develop uEFI/BIOS for new X86 server products and sustain uEFI/BIOS for released products. The main responsibilities include code-porting, feature development, trouble-shooting, providing fixes and SW releases. To review HW designs, update documentation and support fields are also important responsibilities.

The candidate ideally \:

1.   Be skilled in X86 uEFI feature development and troubleshooting
2.   Has solid knowledge and broad understanding on uEFI spec, CPU,Memory, I/O,PCIe,storage,USB,network,ACPI and BMC
3.   Be experienced with AMI Aptio code architecture and Inter Xeon platforms
   
4.   Has broad understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows, Solaris), device driver, system management and systematic diagnostic methodology
   
5.   Has logic sense on process, scheduling and documentation in server industry
6.   Be self-motivated, independent, responsible and technically competent
7.   Has good communication skills and works well with others across teams

BS or MS in Computer Science or related fields

You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
