As a member of the software engineering division, you will be part of a team which will specify, design and implement changes to existing software architecture. Build and validate highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans and build comprehensive test automation suite.

Specifically, this position involves design and development of test automation, test execution management, analysis and triaging of test failures and supporting engineering team in identifying and resolving software defects during the lifecycle of the software.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment.  Candidate needs to be highly competent in own area of expertise. 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Good understanding of software product development lifecycle.

2. Passionate about Quality Assurance and Quality control & always strive to find new ways to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.

3. Must have at least 2 years experience working as part of remote virtual teams.

4. BS or MS with 4-8 years of experience.

Job Requirements:

1. 4-8 years of experience in test automation using tools like Selenium/OATs for both UI based and non-UI based testing.

2. Basic Knowledge of Java, Perl, Python.

3. Requires good understanding of Databases and middleware technologies.

4. Experience in QA tools like ALM, Jira etc.

5. Must have very good communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Exposure on tools like GIT repository, Maven, SOAP UI and Postman will be plus.

7. Exposure to CI/CD Model of product development.

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
