Job Responsibilities:

1. Deal with daily workshop process issue, quality/setting up/parameter adjustment/fixture design e.t.c.
2. Lead a continuous improvement on critical/bottleneck process autonomously
3. Work with sales/AED team to ensure NPI can be successful launched
4. Coordinate with sales/product team and make relative product samples per customer requirement
5. Optimize current process efficiency, reduction of scrap rate/CT..e.t.c
6. Be in charged BOM/routing/PN creation and maintenance
7. Be in charged process mold design accornding to product customer requested.
8. Be in charged release relative product WI/PI and provide training to WS staff.
9. Pro active to support customer complaint and quality continued improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in mechanical&automation engineering, , automotive background is preferred, textile could be considered
2. Knowledge of TS16949, system tool implementation, FMEA/SPC/MSA e.t.c
3. Minimum of 5 years relative experience
4. Strong sense on data driven conclusion, indepent problem solving technique
5. Fluent English in both oral and written
6. Be familiar with project manamgement skill
7. Be familiar with process tooling, 6 sigma prefered
8. CAD skill, 3D is better, solidworks is preferred
9. NPI and Product/Line Relocation experience
10. Presenation skill.
11. Team work spirit.
12. Communcation skill
