  • Facilitate completion of documentation process such as Booking, Verify Copy and Manifest Submission, etc per SOP defined and guidelines established.
  • Able to resolve requests via email in a manner that delights customers within timeline.
  • Assist customers with theirs issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally to ensure prompt exception handling.
  • Find opportunity of process improvement and provide corresponded solution within scope.
  • Share good practice with teammate to improve together.
  • Deliver customer experience as outline.
  • Participant in team engagement activities.
