We use sophisticated modeling to deliver audiences that drive customer acquisition in digital and direct mail channels.

Underpinning Oracle’s audience data and modeling are strong datasets such as our offline data collective. We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Product Manager to help build outcomes-led targeting solutions for offline (direct mail) activation. The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding customers’ data needs, defining the strategic direction & product roadmap with a strong data-driven outcomes focus, preparing & executing commercial, go-to-market, and end-of-life plans for each product as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have successfully built and managed offline targeting and measurement products. They will have a proven track record of defining customer-centric product strategy, driving products from conception to launch, and enabling difficult trade-off decisions in collaboration with other product managers.

The ideal candidate must also be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means that you can roll up your sleeves, interact with and influence stakeholders with competing priorities, and help drive successful outcomes. Maturity, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Direct Mail Marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning and tactical execution and the ability to translate customer needs into product roadmaps and features
  • Experience in and or hands-on knowledge of Product Management, with a focus on direct mail marketing and data modeling
  • Ability to be highly collaborative and work across multiple teams in a complex and matrixed organization
  • High level of initiative to overcome obstacles and drive towards action
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
