Trust is essential to cloud business. The SaaS Product Management team within SaaS Engineering (Cloud) Operations leads internal data governance practices that drive trust with customers. We product manage offerings such as Government Cloud, EU Restricted Access, Data Masking, Break Glass and more, which augment the base SaaS offerings to deliver enhanced services.
We advocate for customer requirements throughout the development lifecycle and work to assure that all SaaS services, whether new, modified or acquired, meet all applicable contractual requirements and internal standards.
We push the envelope by creating new innovative tooling for data governance and tracking in order to eliminate risks and introduce efficiencies, and we identify and create new offerings to match evolving customer needs. Analysis of customer priorities, competitive position, and market trends inform how we transform both practices and offerings.
