Job Description

This position is a contingent staff position and employed by an external agency in service for Microsoft.

 
Product Marketing Manager for Business Applications will execute marketing & partner activities to support customer journey into Digital Transformation. To support this end, Dynamics PMM should understand the Partner ecosystem and competitive landscape. Companies from both commercial and public space are looking for taking decisions regarding the right cloud strategy and they expect Microsoft to help them to understand how they can benefit from ERP&CRM solution portfolio. We seek somebody who can address this challenge, who could pitch cloud value, by executing the right programs that can support customers in their cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Drive readiness initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and evangelize the product portfolio benefits internally and externally, contribute to Partner readiness and product evangelism delivery
  • Manage and execute events, workshops and webinars in order to drive Dynamics 365 awareness
  • Provide product related content like customer benefits, competitive differentiators and value of the product roadmap to all marketing activities, including those owned by Segment marketing, Audience marketing
  • Execute competitive tactics to drive target market share gains; conduct marketplace environmental and competitive analyses from competitive intelligence and Sales Excellence input from Competitive Discovery
  • Engage with communities in order to drive awareness and improve perception around MS technologies business
  • Close cooperation with M&O, Enterprise and SMC & OCP
  • Execute product launch activities/releases

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Microsoft's business applications products
  • Prior experience working with Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of Microsoft's partner ecosystem 
  • Ability to work in multicountry/multicultural settings, willingness to travel 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information technologies or related field, Master’s degree preferred
