Job Description
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party selections. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Be compliant to tax, product and other policies in destination marketplaces are critical for the long-term success of Chinese sellers’ cross-border businesses. We’re now seeking a multi-faceted, customer-centered, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive compliance policies’ awareness, understanding and actions, as well as related products adoption among sellers. He/she would work closely with marketing team, product team, operation team, communications team, senior leadership team and other stakeholders in Europe and China.

Key job responsibilities
· Develop strategy to effectively influence target audience and enhance awareness of Compliance requirements.
· Plan and implement go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Amazon’s Compliance solutions.
· Create innovative and scalable marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social engagement and offline event exposures.
· Identify and activate all necessary online and offline marketing channels to deliver key messages and campaigns.
· Develop VoS mechanism to collect CN Seller insights to influence product offerings.
· Monitor marketing performance metrics, always seeking ways to improve.
· Build collaboration mechanism with cross-functional teams for synergy and process efficiency.
