YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise production supervisor to ensure production activities running effectively and safely
• Participate as a project team member for low to medium complexity process improvement projects
• Support Operation Excellence activities such as small group activities, opportunity assessment phase of onePSS, value stream mapping, filling accuracy, dosing accuracy, operator competency development and lossess reduction during process
• Lead improvement project implementation on the field/ operation related to production activities, monitor the progress and identify process improvement opportunities
• Partner with other functions such as Quality, Safety and Engineering team to ensure successfuldeployment of new/improved process / technology
• Collaborate with other site counterparts to expand learning, build network and alignment between sites
• Working with other department to identify skill development program and ensure training & development is established to support the improvement project/change management
•  Analyze equipment, process and procedure within production activities to meet global/legal standard on quality, safety and environment and propose capital expenditure required and proposed improvement/ innovation to increase effectiveness

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in chemist / chemical / bio engineering with 5 years supervisory level on lean manufacturing / production / engineering areas
• Graduated as Chemical Engineer, Biotechnology Engineer or Agricultural Engineer
• Fluent in English oral and written Knowledge on Industrial Engineering / operation excellence program
• Strong leadership and analytical skill
• Ability on driving program, team player and communication.
