Responsibilities\:

  • maintain transparency and visibility on engineering projects;
  • work with team leads and senior managers to ensure they are providing required data in clear and consistent format;
  • support regular and ad-hock cross-team meetings, provide and gather information, summarize meeting notes, track follow up actions;
  • represent Maxymiser team on cross-product projects;
  • identify blockers, ETA shifts, communication gaps and proactively escalate problems to appropriate stakeholders;
  • propose and implement improvements for processes, documentation and metrics.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience\:
  • English communication skill - advanced or higher;
  • technical background in software development – junior/middle level position in QA, tech. analyst or dev – highly desirable;

  • good communicator and presenter skills – desirable;
  • experience in Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies – is a plus;
  • experience with configuring dashboards and building reports in Jira or similar tracking system – is a plus;
  • university degree in technical subject - physics, mathematics, computer science or engineering – is a plus;
  • 2 years of experience in IT industry;

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 2 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
