Job Description

Responsibilities\:

  • Project Planning and Management – Define project scope and schedule; organize and lead project status and working meetings; and correct deviations from plans;
  • Process Management and Improvement – Participate in team collaboration to identify and improve operational processes within the defect life cycle process from customer reported to resolved in production.
  • Communications – Communicate with all levels of the organization, understand and address program questions from all parts of company; create and provide presentations to different departments; create newsletters to inform all departments of project changes;
  • Customer Success – Participate in monthly customer surveys on the ERC process, reviewing results and follow up activities with other departments

Qualifications/Skills\:

  • A degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the project management field
  • A team player that can successfully work with peers across the organization
  • Solid understanding of Software Defect Life Cycle
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience giving presentations
  • Understanding of Customer Support Services
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication (English)

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
