Life Sciences function is transforming Clinical R&D, delivering actionable insights from aggregated clinical and healthcare data while optimizing clinical trial efficiency and productivity. The Global Environment Delivery Team provides Sales Demo, Training and Quality Assurance Environments supporting over 1,000 Sales Activities, 200 Training Events and over 4,000 HIPAA Compliant QA Environments per year across 60 products and versions and several data centers. The services we provide enable over 600 internal stakeholders with high quality environments that are critical to the success of the business, and are managed using a centralized application that the Environment Team have developed.
We are looking for a customer focused team player to support our implementations across all areas of the business, initially concentrating in supporting our sales and services community with the adoption of our new flagship platform, Clinical One.
The role’s duties are complex and varied, utilizing independent judgment. These will include:
- Maintaining process and product knowledge to support the users of our products.
- Stakeholder and user engagement, to promote services and obtain requirements for new and existing implementations.
- Program management activities to implement improvements and new ways of working.
- Troubleshooting and solving complex functional issues, and where relevant escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line technical teams, Product Management and Development.
- Delivering Enablement activities and resources to ensure our users get the best from our products.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
