Program Manager shall have 15 or more years’ experience managing large, complex programs and 5 or more year’s Agile experience and has led cloud engagements.

Introduction

At IBM, our Project Managers excel by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Agile expertise is critical for the overall implementation and success of Agile program management.
• The Program Manager shall demonstrate full understanding of Agile Project Management and provide necessary Agile coaching and mentoring for team members.
• PM shall be responsible for all basic PM functions with financials, reporting, and subcontract management.
• PM must have strong communication / collaboration skills to interface with government POCs and government contracting personnel.
• Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or other relevant Agile certification(s) is desirable 
• Experience leading large $100M+ programs – 15 years 
• Experience leading agile transformation programs – 5 years 
• Expertise in IDIQ/task order management – 15 years 
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS implementations (preferably Salesforce, Appian, ServiceNow, and/or MS Dynamics) – 5 years 
• Experience leading projects/programs implementing and/or maintaining HRMS systems – 5 years
• Experience in providing enterprise support to human resource departments – 1 year
