Job Description
Working as part of the JAPAC Total Rewards team, for your assigned countries / client groups you will -
  • Keep pace with local trends and developments in the talent market and build networks (internally and externally) to be a Centre of Excellence for compensation and benefits knowledge
  • Partner with HR to review offcycle adjustment requests from LOB, provide timely and informative response to workflow queries from approvers and review out-of-policy/exception requests for external hiring as required
  • On an annual basis, partner with Regional Program Office (RPO) to review and recommend changes to local salary ranges
  • Partner with HR to review and respond to requests for adhoc compensation analysis and use knowledge to recommend appropriate action.
  • Partner with Local HR and the Regional Benefits Office (RBO) to to review benefits enhancements and new programs while staying aligned to Oracle’s benefits philosophy.
  • Partner with the RBO and/or RPO on completing and interpreting benefits benchmarking surveys
Job duties are varied and complex, utilising independent judgment. May have project lead role. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills in partnering with HR and management required. Familiarity with HRIS systems and Excel spreadsheets is essential. 5 years compensation and / or benefits experience plus relevant tertiary degree required.!|!Participates in the research, design and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Responsible for job evaluation, salary administration, survey participation, and data analysis.

As a member of Corporate Compensation you will assist in the design and implementation of Oracle*s global total compensation programs including base salary, cash incentives, and stock options. Will interface with Oracle*s web tools to support compensation programs.
