Job Description
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon’s total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s overseas marketplaces, and supporting local seller’s success and growth on Amazon. We obsess over providing world-class support to Amazon sellers and provide solutions to help our sellers better serve their customers. We are seeking a Program Ops Manager with demonstrated experience to support implementation of global programs while minimizing variations and streamlining processes. This Program Ops Manager will partner with Global and Local stakeholder teams to implement solutions to improve Seller Quality.

Key job responsibilities
This candidate will lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new feature, service, product, metric, or system to support Asia to Worldwide Seller Quality. They gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project/program. This Program Ops Manager contribute cross-functional business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, while balance the business needs with the technical constraints. They rely heavily on influence, data, and facts over authority to drive project deliverables.

Key job responsibilities
· Support business teams to address sellers’ account health concerns, including driving effective escalations and influencing international, cross-functional teams to support seller account reinstatement or issue resolution.
· Work closely with Seller Quality PM to collect seller insight, validate and analyze data to isolate issues, and develop creative solutions that improve seller experience.
· Track, analyze, and report seller escalation trends; identify areas of possible process / program / product improvement.
· Share knowledge and best practices with internal business stakeholders.
