Process Automation/Devops

Experience with\:
Databases and big data stores

Hyperion Competency
--------------------------------

Hands on experience on Installation, upgrade, migration and Administration skill for Hyperion Planning, Essbase and HFM preferable on 11.1.1.3 and higher version
Knowledge of 9.x and 11.x architecture,
Preferable if knowledge on one of the ETL tools (FDQM, DIM, ODI etc).
Knowledge on DRM, HSF and HPCM will be added advantage.

General Technical Competencies

Additional Information

The candidate should be having the Administration and infrastructure maintenance experience in the above mentioned skill sets.

The role would expect the candidate to

- Handle high profile issues and escalations as well as resolve complex production problems
- Attend to global customer requests and technical issues coming via email, Remedy ticketing system or 24/7 oncall-pager for Hyperion application modules.
- End-user functional and technical support for Hyperion application, relating to business process and reporting, consolidation, and journal entry.
- Proactively provide 7x24 monitoring of ALL Hyperion application modules, batch processes, and environments as well as attend to alerts and/or production issues in timely manner.
- Perform Tier II detection, analysis, debugging, and break/fix tasks for production anomalies or system issues.
- Release management support required for application implementation, installs, data migrations, and system software upgrades.
- Configure and monitor HYPERION application batch job processes.
- Collaborate with other teams (Functional Business Process Leads, DBA, System Administrators, Development, etc) to get the issues resolved and to keep the stakeholders informed through constant and timely communications
- Ready to work in any shift at any time for production support purposes. 24/7/365 Availability.
- Support required application planned maintenance windows and on call rotation function.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
