• Assist product managers in the overall planning, development and implementation of online initiatives for HKTDC’s online marketplace and trade fair websites
• Liaise and coordinate with the internal departments and external vendors to ensure the projects deliverables meet with expectation and are within agreed development timeline and cost
• Provide hands-on support on the development of various platforms from user requirement collection, prototype design, data migration, to system rollout, testing and deployment
• Work closely with technical team to configure and optimize the customer experience
• Conduct usage analysis and user surveys to collect feedback as materials for continuous enhancements
• Coordinate and support the maintenance of various content sections of hktdc.com and trade fair websites
• Prepare performance reports, and handle enquiries from internal and external customers

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years’ work experience in online business environment
• Good understanding of latest internet, mobile development trends
• Good understanding in User Experience design
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation
• Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
