Role – GenO EMEA Programme Co-ordinator

About this role…
This role will directly support the Oracle EMEA GenO Programme Management Office in various tactical and operational tasks, with an additional responsibility over a number of existing employee-focused programmes. These include (but are not limited to) recruitment, onboarding and new hire experience, enablement, ERG’s, diversity & inclusion, community & communication, reward & recognition, events, etc. The role reports to the GenO Team Manager.
Responsibilities of the OrgDev Programme Co-ordinator will include (but not limited to):
- GenO APEX Reporting & Document Control: Creating and maintaining the GenO APEX database and producing detailed ad-hoc reports of relevant information. Centrally storing all operational guides & documents for the various GenO programmes & projects.
- GenO Enablement Programme Lead: support and develop the GenO Enablement program, working closely with OSPA, OTD and other internal stakeholders and partners. Identify the learning and training needs and ensure delivery, including creating the curriculum, scheduling, comms, reporting on attendance, etc.
- GenO Recruitment Governance: Reporting on activities and results in APEX, working closely with Oracle EMEA HR and Recruitment teams to ensure operational efficiency. Running GenO assessment centres and providing meaningful feedback to ensure process improvement and best candidate experience.
- B.E. Program Lead: support and development of the Brain Exercise program, managing the external supplier, internal comms related to program, reporting on success metrics, continuous process improvement.
- Support GenO team with any required administrative/back office tasks such as raising purchase orders via the Oracle iProcurement system, keep track of budgets & liaising with suppliers on invoicing & payment. Supplier management – setting up new suppliers in the system & liaising with current suppliers. This role involves understanding and applying company policies and processes.
- EMEA Tech Onboarding support: supporting the coordination of new hire logistics, organizing and scheduling onboarding activities in coordination with Programme Managers. The execution of our New Hire Experience programme, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required.
- Event management & co-ordination: organizing University visits to Oracle HQ in Dublin. From design phase to execution & managing all event-related logistics – including in-person meet & greet.
- Actively involved in development initiatives and ad hoc projects within the OrgDev/GenO Team. Contribute and facilitate innovative idea creation for continuous programme improvement and implement approved suggestions.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with the Oracle EMEA Organizational Development team and a deep understanding of the GenO programme – this role will best suit a previous Intern who has worked with the EMEA OrgDev team.
- Experience in learning, development and enablement within commercial industry is expected.
- Understanding of the various Oracle internal organisations and a basic understanding of Oracle product/service portfolio.
- Experience in gathering and assessing data is advantageous.
- Experienced skill set in APEX, Slack, Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Role is exclusively based out of the Oracle EMEA HQ in Dublin, Ireland and is primarily an office-based role (i.e. a minimum of 3 days per week in the Clontarf campus).

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous project management or related experience desired.
