About the Role As our Project Manager, you will develop and execute projects that are technology agnostic and therefore the opportunity requires the ability to work with all kinds of products and solutions related to the traffic. Typical projects are within the Cities and Local Authorities. We are now looking for a future thinking Project Manager with solid track record in designing, developing and leading complex projects according to defined PM standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule and health and safety. The location for the Project Manager is Belgrade whereas regular travel to other Serbian cities is essential. Future problem solver read on. As our Project Manager, you will lead our Customer Requirements, always treating customer satisfaction as a priority. You will: • Ensure efficient and effective Project Management and execution processes and their standardized deployment ensuring adherence to defined and agreed processes and commercial standards and guidelines • Take care for effective risk management measures for projects in execution • Ensure effective cooperation with partners; clarifies organizational issues • Drive own empowerment with adequate signature authorization and target agreement to manage the project as entrepreneur • Stand for overall responsibility on project results based on strategic priorities and set goals (e.g. budget, quality, schedule, health and safety) • Manage the project throughout the project Life Cycle until final acceptance (FAC) • Develop strategies for the project and beyond • Need to lead project finances and run the project team • Manage stakeholders as well as risks, contracts and claims • Handle compliance to standards, rules and regulations The Project Manager is supported by the assigned Commercial Project Manager and maintains a close collaboration with them. The ability to distil sophisticated issues into succinct and easily understood language that conveys key messages successfully at all levels of the organization would be a key element for this role. We are looking for super minds, not superheroes. • We are looking for an innovate, customer focused Project Manager with extensive experience in Project Implementation and execution with full responsibility for the results • You are familiar with intelligent traffic solutions industry and technologies and have at least five years working experience in smart city, intelligent transportation, traffic management or similar, preferably within an international environment • You also have a relevant University or College Degree - Intelligent transportation, electronic and electrical, computer or similar • Ideally, you have a professional project management accreditation, with a passion for development, coaching, leadership, and teamwork • You have proven solution capability during your past career • You also possess extraordinary customer communication skills as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills • You are fluent in Serbian and English We have a lot to offer, what about you?
