Your Role and Responsibilities

This specialty is responsible for leading a project team in delivering IT projects to the external Client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract
Provides a level of service for all customers, which may include data center, server, data network, database, security, applications, storage, and other media.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project performance, including managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables
• Manages communication / client relationship as required.
• Acts as single-point-of-contact contact for all client concerns.
• Manages communication with  all vendors and its scope of work
• Leads and directs the delivery team; can be assigned to one or more accounts depending on their size and complexity.
• Provides overall leadership to the service delivery team
• Understand requirement and solution
• Project planning and control including:
  • Develop realizable project plan
  • Managing escalations and key changes / problems.
  • Managing risk and issue
  • Tracks problems from initial request to resolution and acceptance.
  • Balance quality and cost management of service delivery areas
  • Handling Project Change to address updates in scope – DOU increases if needed.

Defines the Escalation plan and its tracking through to resolution with client.
Relationships: Client, Engagements, Deployment Managers, Delivery Leads and Delivery team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong Architecture & Solutioning skills.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure aspects such as server configurations, storage options, network architecture, as well as Infrastructure security. Has capabilities in both cloud infrastructure as well as e2e solution stack for hybrid cloud solutions.
• Strong project management experience in IT
• Ability to effectively communicate status, delivery expectations, risks and concerns to multiple stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management skills to build deep, learning relationships with key customer.
• Proven ability to lead and succeed in a collaborative environment.
• Build a relationships with team, management and business people.
• Good planning abilities
• Efficient in time management
• Responsible and reliable

• Adaptability and flexibility
• Strong written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Combination of strong leadership skills with sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients
