Purchase Executive

What is in it for you:

• To compare the quotations received and select the supplier, who suits to the company’s requirements.
• Ensure to place order with suppliers taking the lead time into consideration.
• Follow up with supplier on regular basis for material.
• Negotiate with supplier and evaluate the proposal when required.
• Ensure that the purchase order meets the criteria of quality, price, timeliness and reliability and also the standards of the company.
• To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
• To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
• Handling audit and manage the user department assigned from material manager.
• Processing work order and tracking AMC and renewing it before expiry with proper approval.
• Handling vendor queries and sorting out the issue.
  
  What you will be doing:
• 1-2 years experience with similar responsibility
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change
• Ability to accept responsibility and organize the work.
