Responsibilities:

• Support existing Test Automation Suite by conducting timely analysis and application of fixes
• Maintain and expand Test Automation Suite
• Design and develop automated test scripts from Functional and Technical designs
• Review and understand Business Requirement, Functional, and Technical Design documents and come up with a Test Plan
• Conduct new feature testing, regression testing and bug fix testing
• Participate in defect and customer issue resolution process
• Perform peer automated test code reviews and optimize test code execution
• Perform project tasks and solve problems independently

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a MS/BS in Computer Science or any IT related course
• 5+ years experience with software quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Experience in automated testing is required
• Solid practical knowledge of programming
• Knowledge of Java and PLSQL
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Ability to quickly master new technologies
• Must have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently when needed
• Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Flexible to work outside of business hours to handle critical tasks
• ERP/Financial related knowledge would be a big plus

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
