Responsibilities:
 •    Assists in the assessment and planning of test efforts required for new functions/features under development.
 •    Creates and executes test cases/automated test scripts and plans for manual and/or automated tests.
 •    Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
 •    Perform test execution/analysis for all phases of testing, including functional, regression, performance, integration, security, accessibility, and compliance testing.
 •    Maintains documentation of test results.
 •    Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
 •    Troubleshoot and analyze application issues to root cause where possible.
 •    Report bugs into the bug tracking system with clear and detailed steps to reproduce.
 •    Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:
 •    4+ years of software quality assurance/engineering or related experience.
 •    Complete and thorough knowledge of the SDLC, testing methodologies, and scrum methodologies.
 •    Ability to work effectively with Developers, Product Management team, Design Team, and other stakeholders.
 •    Strong attention-to-detail, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving skills.
 •    Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
 •    Experience with automation frameworks.
 •    Experience with windows-based and web/mobile applications.
 •    Experience with Web testing, Database testing, and API testing.
 •    Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Android, Linux, iOS).
 •    Experience with databases (Oracle, MS SQL, SQL Express, etc) and writing SQL queries.
 •    Experience with (Test Management/Automation) Tools (JIRA, Zephyr, ReadyAPI, TestComplete, Selenium, JENKINS).
 •    Proven ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks/projects.

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
