QA Manager with 12+ years of experience. Seasoned experience in testing management. Should have strong experience in payments.

Requirement

  • 8+ Years of experience in Testing Domain
  • 5+ Years of experience in banking Domain – Especially on Cross Border Payments
  • 3+ Years of experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks using Selenium
  • Experience with SCM tools like Bitbucket, GitHub
  • Singapore Citizen / PR Only

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the test plan and test schedule
  • Ensure process and frameworks are in place which will enable uniformity and repeatability of services. Manage dependencies, risks and escalate impending risks.
  • Collaborating with development teams, testing teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback
  • Track project effort, schedule, defects & work to enable baseline and review of metrics and report.
  • Document the testing processes and make them available for end users
  • Collaborate with project managers to define and maintain testing schedule dates
  • Test, evaluate and refine the testing processes
  • Guiding the team in designing and developing test automation frameworks using Selenium
  • Develop testing standards and metrics
  • Conduct training to technical and functional resources
  • Managing & Lead the Testing Team
  • Reporting to management on development, implementation, and progress.
  • Managing support teams and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Overseeing user-testing and adjustments.
  • Ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
