We are looking for a passionate Quality Controller that will help us deliver premium quality to our clients by applying best quality assurance and quality control practices in web testing. Successful candidate will be a proactive member of the agile team and will help maintain good quality of our deliverables by collaborating closely with our Front End Developers. This will be supported by execution and development of test planning, test deliverable strategy, exploratory and automated tests ensuring Oracle Maxymiser solutions are consistently efficient and have high quality.

 

Scope of responsibilities includes\:

 

●      Accurately building and executing scoped test plans to define acceptance for projects of varying complexity

●      Providing clear and concise reporting on verification of given acceptance criteria

●      Ensure all delivered campaign content meets company quality standards

●      Ensure campaign content is delivered within agreed time frames and scoped delivery options

●      Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that proper agile communication can be facilitated and requirements ensuring validation of business needs can be met.

●      Report and document issues found in bug tracking system and proactively communicate across the team

●      Help defining testing strategies and techniques to build quality into our work

Required skills and knowledge\:

 

●      1 years in the technology sector, providing quality assurance of software release cycles.

●      Knowledge of DOM, DOM events and structures

●      Knowledge of programming language, preferably HTML/CSS/JS

●      Applied knowledge of web based testing as well as agile testing

●      Skill in coordination with developers on the timely closure of defects

●      Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

●      Skill in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

●      Knowledge of building and verifying testable acceptance criteria

●      Skill in communications with all team members

●      Knowledge of spoken and written English at least on the Advanced level

●      Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations

●      Skills in Time management and prioritization

●      Understanding of ticketing and project planning systems

●      Knowledge of Responsive Design

●      Knowledge of web and user experience (UX) design

●      Debugging and troubleshooting skills

●      Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium) - not mandatory, but can help

●      Ability to mentor, inspire, and motivate other team members

 

!|!Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
