Location: Zhangjiagang , Jiangsu

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for finish goods/ raw materials physical and chemical inspection (Appearance, GC, water content, micro, Acid value, salt content etc.), ensure compliance with company quality standard and customer specifications
Perform the sensory evaluation for the finish goods (liquid &raw materials)
Sensory samples preparation and reference samples management
Coordinate with others stakeholders for non-conformity products investigation; taken/driven corrective actions to solve quality problem to meet customer needs or provide continuous improvement on quality. Eg on handling of manufacture quality issue products.
Instruments maintenance in lab by according to requirement; Work as expert and help to training the new technicians.
Support QC leader for new lab build up which including equipment installation/ calibration /SOP

We value:
5 years and GC/ Micro/GC-MS testing experiences are preferred

Flavor or food industries are preferred

Lims/SAP operation experiences are preferred

Ability to work with in a team driven structure; ability to work under pressure to achieve set deadlines and activities

Good plan and communication skills

Basic reading, writing and communicating in English High attention to detail, great reliability when following pre-established procedures
