The Amazon private label quality team is looking for a smart, energetic, hard-working, and creative team member to join. We are looking for a quality specialist in product compliance and performance who have direct experience in consumer product quality management and testing to support our fast-growing business. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to higher product compliance/quality standards.

Job Location: Shenzhen

Key responsibilities

· Ensure products continuously comply with global and Amazon's product quality safety and regulatory requirements.
· Track projects in their development and regulatory needs; be a point of contact in the Quality Manager team with guidance on how to navigate compliance.
· Evaluate the impact of compliance on Hardline/Consumer Electronic/Home Textile products and problem solve four solutions that add to the operation team's needs whilst staying compliant.
· Design and build compliance processes and drive improvements into how our team incorporates compliance and quality into the product life-cycles.
· Work with suppliers, 3rd party test labs, and internal teams for quality and compliance testing.
· Proactively drive corrective action plans to any test failures.
· Monitor and rigorously adhere to all quality activities' SLA by vendors and 3rd party labs.
· Manage consumer reviews and cooperate with all stakeholders to resolve quality complaints.
· Constantly strive to find innovative solutions to prevent quality problems, thereby improving customer reviews.
· Continuously analyze existing quality processes and systems, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes
· Promote scalable business solutions in product development and quality control processes
