Amazon HPB Quality is looking for a smart, energetic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join our team. The successful candidate shows excellent judgment and instincts in decision making and proactively and continually improves their level of knowledge about Amazon’s business, its platform, and relevant technologies.


The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the success of building systems to verify relevant safety and regulatory attributes are met for HPB (hardline private brand) products exporting to global market. We are looking for a talented Product Compliance Manager who has direct experience with US/EU consumer product regulations to work cross functionally with vendor managers and other supply chain professionals within our rapidly growing and evolving business.

Key responsibilities
· Ensure that US/EU regulatory requirements are met for HPB products and support other functions such as Retail, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
· Ensure vendors’ cooperation according to Amazon Private Brand Product Safety and Compliance policies
· Monitor 3rd party test agencies’ performance
· Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects
· Provide full visibility to internal stakeholders
· Develop best-in-class processes and systems, and drive continual improvement.
· Drive scalable business solutions which ensure compliance with consumer product regulations
