1. Work with project team to fulfil the project execution from design, construction/installation to handover.
2. Support Project Manager / Senior Cost Manager on developing overall procurement strategy.
3. Coordinates and prepares the cost estimates based on the project progress.
4. Drawing take off and quantity calculation.
5. Material and equipment market price enquiry and analyse.
6. Tender management including tender long list, pre-qualification, tender shortlist, tender documents preparation and issue, tender evaluation and clarification, tender recommendation and negotiation.
7. Work closely with other team member to ensure all interface works are well managed.
8. Contract management including contract preparation and negotiation, contract award, contract implementation and authority record.
9. Develops implements and executes Change Management.
10. Regular update the project cost report, includes cost forecast, payment, cash flow, etc.
11. Payment management including payment review, application and certificate.
12. Final state of account and contract close out.

1. University degree in engineering or QS or equivalent (e.g. cost engineer, quantity surveyor)
2. Up to 8 years of experience in the area of cost management and project controls
3. Experience in international engineering company is preferred
4. Experience in R&D and Chemical project is preferred
5. Requested for the candidate with good English skills (written and oral)
6. Good at CAD system
7. Proficiency in using MS-Office applications
8. Ability to troubleshoot and work independently as well as within a team
