Several work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education plus at least 1-year licensed health care practice, clinical research, epidemiology and/or biostatistics work experience

You have serveral years’ experience in EPI/HEOR research with a real interest in Patient Surveys (i.e. Epidemiology, Preference Surveys, PROs);

Fluency in English C2;

You are client oriented, with excellent understanding of client objectives and needs;

You have demonstrable client & project management skills;

You have developed specific expertise in one or several areas (e.g. methodology, therapeutic area,…);

Excellent communication skills – able to distill issues, manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor in a timely manner;

Strong organizational skills, self-starter and fast learner, you react to change productively displaying a solution driven approach;

You are flexible: if things do not go as planned, you adapt, and carry on;

You’re open to new ideas & innovative ways of working;

Ability to coach and mentor junior researchers;

Ability to inspire and motivate people within research teams;

Responsible for conducting applied research in scientific area of focus. Investigating applicable solutions through rigorous, protracted studies and ensuring that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

As a member of team, exercises judgement within defined procedures to introduce innovative research collection and analysis methodologies on external customer engagements. Work involves using analytical skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions and applying the relevant research techniques with some autonomy. Receives general instruction on new projects or assignments. Makes recommendations to enhance performance and research results. Possesses solid knowledge in reference to creating project and client related research materials.

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 2 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 5 years Total combined related work experience and completed higher education. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
