Job Description

Responsibilities\:

* As an Individual Contributor, develop a strong understanding of Customer’s manpower requirements.  

* Create position dependent sourcing plan and closely monitor the implementation.

* Generate Technology / role specific Market intelligence & prospects pipeline for Premium / Niche skills, using multiple channels, tools & techniques. 

* Build & provide pre-qualified ‘Right Fit’ candidates in a timely manner.

* Facilitate candidate’s selection process to ensure smooth candidate experience.

* Negotiate & successfully close Candidates compensation acceptance.

* Facilitate candidate’s offer approval & release.

* Maintain strong candidate engagement during pre-boarding to minimize pre-join attrition.  

* Deliver high Quality new hires in the desired Quantity within pre-determined timelines to meet pre-defined organizational recruitment productivity parameters.

* Co-partner with Delivery Manager as trusted Advisor.   



Pre-requisite\:

* Engineer / Graduate / Post Graduate working as an Individual Contributor in the Recruitment team of an IT Products / Consultancy / Engineering / Telecommunications company.  

* 5 – 9 years of hands on recruiting experience, with the last 3 years fulfilling Technology openings with end to end recruitment life cycle responsibility in any technology  fast paced work environment.

*Experience of closing Product Development / Engineering openings in any vertical is a big advantage. 

* Proactive networking skills to build qualified technology talent pipeline. Use of Market Intelligence based sourcing is an advantage. 

* Experience of using multiple channels, such as telephone sourcing / internet recruiting / executive search / Social media recruiting.

* Basic knowledge / understanding of technologies is a must.

* Self driven & takes complete accountability for end to end recruitment life cycle.

* Strong persuasive inter personal communication skills to influence decision making.  

* Demonstrates ‘Sales attitude’ when working with Technology Managers & Candidates. 

!|!Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle*s top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle*s iRecruitment web tool.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 2 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.!|!
