Job Description

Oracle Talent Advisor - ASEAN

 

Due to the current situation of COVID-19 and the visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently looking for candidates who does not require work sponsorship. This role will be regional role as an individual contributor. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to resource and thought partner for hiring against a dedicated line(s) of business
  • Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing resume to closing roles.
  • Mastery of candidate application tracking systems
  • Provide an exemplary customer and candidate experience with proactive communications .
  • Run update calls with the business (senior management and/or hiring managers)
  • Exec summaries to VP/business leaders as agreed in terms of regularity.
  • Work closely with other colleagues from HR/Total Reward/Operations and Shared service.
  • Ensure have a strong understanding of talent in the markets you operate within and competitor compensation intel.
  • Constantly striving to improve recruiting processes and scale accordingly during accelerated hiring periods.
  • Work with Recruitment Branding to organize/run LOB specific campaigns.
  • Have regular discussions with relevant stakeholders around anticipated attrition to workforce plan and pipeline effectively.

 Skills:

  • Min 8 years if recruiting experience in the IT Industry is a must.
  • Good knowledge of competitive landscape.
  • Prior experience of recruiting for sales/technical/delivery is a must.
  • Should have good experience in recruiting for SaaS/Cloud experience.
  • Good network in the IT Industry.
