Job Description
- To participate in the definition and in the implementation of distribution and sales strategy to achieve the organization’s short and long-term turnover objectives at regional level.
- Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the objectives decided by Country Sales Manager/Director
- Develop strong relationships with the major clients within the area/region
- Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives
- Manage and develop commitment and performance of sales executives
- Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organisation changes
- To assure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brand.
- Ensure the achievement of sales turnover
- Coaching of sales team in the field
