Renewal and Expansion Representative Volume Role ANZ reporting to Director, Renewal and Expansions ANZ

1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer SaaS contract and management matters

2. Adhere to and follow the Customer Renewal Lifecycle Process

3. Forecast accuracy on Renewals and Expansion. Track key account metrics; Usage reports, Health Checks, Business Reviews

4. Efficiently leverage the ASR, CSM, SC team to identify and grow opportunities within Account

5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet the Renewal deadlines with Expansion

6. Update in SC weekly the progress of Renewals and Expansions

7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to grow install base

8. This role is an overlay to the SaaS Application Sales Representative role and is expected to work autonomously to Close renewals and expansions

 

Qualifications and Profile

1. Min 3 years Business Development or Sales experience

2. Proven ability to follow formal Process in a timely manner

3. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

4. Experienced in Relationship management with Problem Solving skills

5. Strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

7. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Drive the renewal of Oracle's contracts to existing customers.

Responsible for timely renewals for medium-sized customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle's portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.

5-8 years experience in sales or related area. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
