A Renewal Representative is on charge of maintain the Install base cloud through subscription renewals. This persons is going to have direct contact with both our internal and external customers.

The main responsibilities are:

• Manage and track the entire renewal process,
• Lead the renewal process with the customer, sales rep and CSM's
• Engage customers in a value discussion surrounding their renewal,

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Cloud
• English advance needed.
