Join our Reporting and Operations team for Customer Success! We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Bucharest office!
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the of a fast-paced, eager to grow, very ambitions and skillful International Reporting and Central Operations team (covering EMEA and JAPAC Regions) that helps Oracle`s SaaS Customer Success (CS) International Organization operate efficiently and effectively, while supporting the CS Leadership with data, trends, analysis and insights and enables data-driven decision-making!
Reporting analysts are data specialists who contribute to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvement througout the reporting process. They have analytical skill, in additional to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintaining data integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates, prepares, updates and delivers reports to stakeholders from the Customer Success organization by leveraging data from multiple sources and using various tools (Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence tools, etc.). Reports will measure performance of processes and teams (either Business KPIs or Financial KPIs).
• Ensures accuracy and consistency of the reports. Identifies discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, suggests and / or implements fixes and improvements.
• Connects with stakeholders from Business Operations, Customer Success Business, Finance or HR to undertand reporting requirements.
• Designs, implements and improves reports to keep up with business requirements.
• Prepares both ad-hoc and reccurent reports.
• Shares best practices and methods related to Reporting with other team members.
• Analyzes data, identifies trends and insights and shares these trends with other stakeholders.
• Prepares management presentations.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
The Reporting Analyst will be an integral member of the Reporting and Central Operations team and the ideal candidate will have\:
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (Medium to Expert level) to report on data.
• Ability to manipulate data, create pivot tables, excel formulas, format data.
• Ability to operate and move data between production systems and across multiple platforms and to build user-friendly "front end" data summary.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation for the reports.
• Very confortable in working with numbers. Very good analytical skills. Ability to share, receive, analyze information and interpret complex data.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in working with data / preparing reports / analytical background.
• Fluent English is a must (both writen and verbal).
• Very good attention to detail.
• Results driven, self-motivated individual with focus on goal achievement.

• Presentation\: Presents clearly and informatively, easily maintaining audience attention and responding to audience needs; Able to facilitate discussion, progress effectively, and manage audience as needed.
