Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understanding of how to use data, what data to use and when to use them effectively.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
• Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Create eye-catching, high quality visualizations that present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Craft and tell effective and influential data stories.
• Manage report requests in the reporting management system by using a standard process.
• Provide consultation with clients to understand metrics/reporting requirements to determine the appropriate reporting solution for the data requirements.
• Manage client expectations and understand business questions to ask in order to provide recommendations based on data requirements.
• Configure and write a basic database queries to customize the defined reporting requirements.
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the stakeholders.
• Manage projects and chair project-related meetings/calls.
• Must be able to work flexible hours in order to support global clients across multiple time zone.
• Knowledge in Procurement report is an added advantages
• Candidate must be able to read and write Mandarin to support China/ Taiwan/ Hong Kong
