Job Purpose & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Follows order management and shipping, handle customers’ inquiries and complaints and coordinate with sales and supply chain to solve the problems to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and good customer service.
Responsibilities:
Tracks order activities, alerts related staff on any potential delivery problems and coordinates with related staff and customers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Responds to customer inquiries about order management. Handles 400 Toll free Inbound and Outbound calls & act as a window for enquiries and problem solving.
Coordinates with commercial teams, technical development engineers and supply chain staff, researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
Handles customer claims and provides best possible resolutions.
Performs payment follow-up, including past due and credit limit hold.
Follows order management and shipping, handle customers’ inquiries and complaints and coordinate with sales and supply chain to solve the problems to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and good customer service.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in import/export, Foreign trade, Logistics
- 3-5 years’ related working experiences
- Good spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Perfect service mindset is MUST; and commercial sense is preferred.
- Responsible and willing to work under pressure.
