As a Client Lead, you will manage and develop the client relationship and also take on a lead role in project design, proposal writing, planning and research analysis work. You will plan and execute research projects with minimal supervision and act as first point of contact for the client on a project on day-to-day project execution. Whilst leading and mentoring a project team, you will run projects with minimal senior supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
Proposal process:
- Proactively participate in brainstorming sessions with team
- Evaluate the client’s objectives and support the team in developing proposals for clients that address the “Central Question”
- Partner with Operations to obtain quotations
- Support in successful delivery of proposal and pitch
Project management:
- Deliver stakeholder / partner briefings and client weekly progress updates
- Lead regular communication with project team and partners
- Clarify and manage roles within project team
- Lead day-to-day execution of the study in the best and most cost-effective way
- Drive project scheduling and manage change effectively
- Create project related research materials including screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides
Analysis / Reporting:
- Lead the team in developing analysis plan / storyboard including table specs, content analysis forms
- Analyse findings and generate insights and recommendations to meet client needs
- Responsible for timely, accurate and quality deliverables
- Lead client presentations with support from Project Directors
Development of Client relationships:
- Demonstrate good understanding of client business and market
- Maintain and nurture client relationships
- Manage delivery to client expectations
Leadership, team and people management:
- Provide on the job training for junior team members
- Take responsibility for their own learning and development
- Manage and assist team in developing account strategy
- Seek opportunities to share learning and coach/mentor team
- Ensure direct reports have objectives & development plans to support team goals and company strategy
- Assist in recruitment and development of staff in line with team and company needs
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- At least 7 years healthcare market research / Pharma experience with market research agency
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of market research methodologies in order to develop the research solutions for clients
- Ability to convert data and insights to tell a meaningful story
- Confident client communication skills
- Strong project management experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Confidently lead and guide project team / junior members
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year licensed health care practice, clinical research, epidemiology and/or biostatistics work experience
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

intermediate-level position who is responsible for applying scientific, clinical, and healthcare knowledge to provide solutions to customers. Apply best-in class research theories and methods to deliver an optimal solution build and implementation. As a member of team, exercises judgement within defined procedures to introduce innovative research collection and analysis methodologies on external customer engagements. Work involves using analytical skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions and applying the relevant research techniques with some autonomy. Receives general instruction on new projects or assignments. Makes recommendations to enhance performance and research results. Possesses solid knowledge in reference to creating project and client related research materials.
Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 2 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 5 years Total combined related work experience and completed higher education. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
