Your Role and Responsibilities

• Backup technology, Storage technology , Disaster Recovery for different workload, be subject matter expertise in one of the main stream HW & SW product of the domains, like TSM, DS 8000, V7000, EMC , etc. 
• Provide subject matter expertise in the form of workshops, and consulting engagements, which assess a client’s  capabilities, which could be in the policy, process, technology or organizational areas, identify gaps and recommend best practices to reduce client risk and increase availability on the architecture.
• Experience in leading review on the day to day operation team, in the process , governance , deliver the quality service to fulfill SLA target and meet compliance requirement in operation.
• Leading the problem solving , incident resolution in Resilience , Storage related domains and client facing on the RCA presentation and follow up actions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Degree from a relevant discipline
• At least 10 years experience in Resilience & Storage design , build , operation roles, certifications as an uplift. 
• The ability to lead large groups and be a primary facilitator
• Strong written skills in English
• Comfortable working in an operation based / client serving model
• Ability to lead and shape client expectations
• Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams
• Ability to work in a matrix management model
