IT Business Implementation Analyst

We are looking to hire a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency. The main tasks of this role involve (but are not limited to) developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management how these strategies will enhance the business efficiency, and reporting the performance of the team and the business. This individual contributor is also responsible for managing relationships with our stakeholders, and act as a team lead while coordinating activities of other personnel.
A top-performing Senior Business Analyst should be able to identify ways in which to improve customer satisfaction, while being a strong communicator and have a natural analytical way of thinking.
Experience in the following areas is advantageous:
- CRM and/or ERP implementation.
- Proficiency using Agile methodologies.
- Medium understanding of core business processes such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), or Record to Report (RTR).
Job Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Evaluating business processes, as well as anticipating, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
- Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
- Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Performing requirements analysis for approved initiatives.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conducting meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of projects updates.
- Facilitating a shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions, and the scope of the project.
- Managing the backlog and prioritizing requests by making smart decisions using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Bonus points for experience implementing CRM, ERP, or any other IT solution.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Effective communication (Spanish & English) and leadership skills.
- Able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers.
- Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification and mitigation.
- Ability to proactively contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to lead and work with globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any related field.
