Key responsibilities
- Monitor weekly/monthly performance metrics and ensure KPI’s meet target including DSO, OD 30+/90+, OS, ONA etc.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholder to ensure collections activities in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
- Identify variances between local and global collections processes, documented and minimized the gap.
- Ensure that credit policy is strictly followed for customer and relevant control framework in place.
- Engage in performance management to ensure each collector is in relevant skill level to perform current job.
- Identify process improvement areas and drive collection process standardization/optimization
- Responsible to drive Customer outcomes through positive customer experience in finance related processes
We are looking for
- A university degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification
- 3-5y work experience and above, there into minimum 2 years leadership
- Night shift required from 1:30 to 10:00
- Excellent understanding of finance and business
- Knowledge of SAP systems preferred but not required
- Familiar with MS Office especially excel skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Russian speaker would be preferred
