Your Role and Responsibilities

Introduction

As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

SAP Skills:

• Participated in 2 or more full project lifecycle implementations of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) functionality
• Strong configuration skills in the most recent version of SAP IBP, including Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Advanced Forecasting, Supply & Response and Supply Collaboration
• Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies – experience in the Activate methodology preferred

(2) Business Skills:

• Strong understanding of business processes enabled by IBP and the ability to advise clients on better practices associated with those business processes
• Thorough experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
• The ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Preferred applicants will be SAP certified
